Filming on Water

EU-turn produced a film for the Brussels water distribution body (Intercommunale Bruxelloise de Distribution d’Eau (IBDE)) showing what it does. It was distributed to mark 20 years of its existence.

The aim of the project was to present the different services offered by IBDE, which is responsible for the distribution of water and collection of waste water in Brussels. The filming was sometimes done in difficult conditions. One example of this was when we had to film the capital’s drains.
